Apple differentiates the Apple Store, and the App Store, which can make these discussions confusing.

If the web order was with the folks at the Apple Store, those purchase receipts are usually emailed. Check your spam folder.

For the Apple App Store orders.

If for the Apple Store and you don’t have an email, see the mechanism for printing a receipt listed here:

If you still need help, you’ll want to contact the folks at Apple Support.
